Anticipating a Bad Day with Psychosis

For me, my anxiety spikes up right before I start hallucinating. I think they may be connected.

Yes. I had bad dream right before I woke up. I didn’t experience full on psychosis today but did get paranoid toward the end. My delusions are hairs breadth to another stay in hospital. I need more antipsychotic. I feel as if im fragile and can handle very little.
