So any advice on dealing with life? I would love to learn from someone older who has more experience. I feel very undereducated on many of my issues. any tips are appreciated. š

My first piece of advice that I have finally learned is JUST take stuff, such as caffeine, if you need energy. Don't have shame surrounding the meds and things you take, be it SSRIs, or a caffeine pill, or vitamins and supplements. DON'T overthink it. If it will help you have the energy (physical, emotional, mental, etc) then JUST TAKE the thing. Have no shame. We're not perfect

Do anything you can today to make tomorrow easier. If that means making lunch for the next day the night before, or putting your keys and wallet by the door so you don't have to frantically search for them, every little thing will help. @YanyLaurel be careful with caffeine. It can have the opposite with adhd brains and makes us sleepy

I am 28 if you know anything on my issues I wasn't told before it be a blessing. I was never told much and it's hard to find a reliable doctor now days that will help you and tell you more about things then me haveing to learn them in hard life lessons.
