I roll my arch on a tennis ball several times a day. Back and forth and side to side. You can also roll you arch over a frozen water bottle.

I purchased some wicked flip flops from Vionics theyre adjustable so they don't fall off, are so fluffy & warm and also have arch support! And they have a low-mid heel so they're not completely flat!

It's important to wear good shoes more often than not. So avoid flip flops, flat shoes and shoes with no support and avoid going barefoot if you can. I'm an Asics person myself, I only wear them, they are reliable and durable shoes and they are very supportive of the arch, have a lot of styles of shoe and different aesthetics and are gosh darn comfy. And if you dont wear them around the house, someone I know also has a house pair of sneakers and an outside pair that way you have constant support bc everything hurts really bad if you don't. I also agree with what others say about stretching. Make sure you move things around before getting up after you've been down a while bc the first few steps are like walking on needles with a swollen balloon foot- not fun. And inserts! Some podiatrists and orthos can make them specifically for you. And a good doctor can make a difference too. I hope you find some relief!
@E_belli woahhh my dad said I should try ASICS arch support trainers & shoes! Can we remove the insoles in ASICS shoes then put our ortho inserts in?

Can you rebuild-recreate an arch after it falls?
@Eurythmic physical therapy stretches that you have to do 2-3 times a day helps with that and arch support inserts

Stretch that sucker thoroughly every time you get up from sleep or have even been sitting a bit. Stretch it out completely. Go through your pt routine- before your foot hits the floor. Every single time.

Voltaren cream has been helping. It’s for arthritis but it works! I also use toe spacers a few times throughout the day and then a boot that stretches the Achilles for ~1hr a day.

I was fitted with custom insoles. It helped a little 🙂
