Anxiety and Overdramatization

My mother has never used that word, but it is the message she conveys to me all the freaking time. She basically wants me to snap out of it and I can't.

When people say things like this it just makes me want to break their face. As if it is not bad enough you’re just here to make it worse yk? I’m sorry if that happened to you recently:( Keep your head up though people are just rude when they don’t or can’t understand things going on with other people.

I have run into people like that. It's a terrible feeling I know. Remind yourself that only you can truly understand how you're feeling. You don't have anything to prove to anyone. Most people just don't understand what people like us go through. Stay focused on yourself, do things that make you happy and try not to worry about other peoples attitudes about whatever you're going through.
