ive been having really bad anxiety, and i honestly cant tell if its a side effect of my mood stabilizers (trileptal). its been more noticeable since i had my mental hospital stay, which is when i was prescibed trileptal and told i had anxiety. i legitimitely cant tell if this is because now that i know i have, its harder to ignore, or if its because of changes in medication : )
