hello all. lately I have been all over the place with my anxiety and panic disorder. I have been doing my best to manage it but I don't think I am managing it well. I am currently taking hydroxyzine. which treats the panic attack when it is happening. however the side affects from the SSRI'S sky rocketed my blood pressure and gave me even more anxiety. Is there another medication option out there? please help!
