I found this book online called 'The Hero's Journal' that I am using to try to stay motivated during the process of selling my property and buying a newer home without the huge yard and a laundry list of necessary repairs. Nearly done with the selling and purchasing; I'm sorting, donating, and packing non-essentials for the move in 6 wks. I've lived here over 33 yrs, buried a child and spouse, raised 12 kids, and inherited hoards from both sides of my family. It's a lot!

I know what it feels like to be depressed, and sometimes it’s better to be around friends and family, cause in the long run they’ll make you feel better.
Sometimes when I'm pushing people away I find an activity that I can enjoy with them. Usually a self care something that I can do in pairs or groups. 💕hope this helps.

I know I do better when I keep a gratitude journal. I am such a procrastinator that I do not keep it up. Due to major stressors at this time I need to have my anxiety meds refilled. I ran out and did not notice.
I'm sorry to hear of your struggles. I understand the feelings of wanting to isolate and push others away. Are you taking medications for your anxiety and depression? If so, are you being consistent? Maybe try to include a trusted friend or family in your coping skills. Journaling has helped me in the past too. Hang in there!
I know it’s hard but just keep pushing. Remember this too shall pass. Also I tell my self not all storms last forever
