I know I do better when I keep a gratitude journal. I am such a procrastinator that I do not keep it up. Due to major stressors at this time I need to have my anxiety meds refilled. I ran out and did not notice.
Sometimes when I'm pushing people away I find an activity that I can enjoy with them. Usually a self care something that I can do in pairs or groups. 💕hope this helps.

I found this book online called 'The Hero's Journal' that I am using to try to stay motivated during the process of selling my property and buying a newer home without the huge yard and a laundry list of necessary repairs. Nearly done with the selling and purchasing; I'm sorting, donating, and packing non-essentials for the move in 6 wks. I've lived here over 33 yrs, buried a child and spouse, raised 12 kids, and inherited hoards from both sides of my family. It's a lot!
