Good morning. so a little about me and why I have anxiety right now. I just got out of a 6 years relationship it was good in the beginning and went down hill from there. Now that I left I am no longer depressed but not I have anxiety really bad sometimes I don't know to much about medication. I do smoke cannabis to help with my anxiety. I guess I'm asking does it get better or go away and I'm looking for some advice or info. I hope everyone has a good day.

      Advice From "Alike": "I’ve been through a lot of therapy for my anxiety and panic attacks, as well as sitting in on some of the group therapy talk sessions while I worked as a CNA. I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but one of the best things you can do for yourself is exercise. It may sound like a lot of work, but taking time for yourself to go on a walk, run, or whatever you like (yoga works for me). During these time of crisis, the best thing you can do is practice breathing (which I did see you mentioned previously); deep inhales through your nose, hold it for 3-5 seconds, then slowly exhale. That’s why I am such a fan of yoga, there’s a lot of breathing techniques involved. Another solution I’ve found with my therapist (which may sound a bit weird) is to get a large bowl, fill it with cold water, add ice even to make it extra cold, take a deep breath, then plunge your face into the cold water in the bowl for about 10 seconds if you can, then lift your head out of the water and slowly exhale. Again, I know it sounds weird, but it oddly works for some people. Taking a hot/cold shower (depending on which you prefer) can also be great and therapeutic." They don't have to talk to you or try to calm you down, but have them make sure you don't do anything impulsive -Move into a confined space (corner, closet, etc.) -Take a walk/ Bike walk to the park or somewhere calming -Have a relaxing hobby that isn't school related or stressful (painting, cooking, etc.) -Cover my ears during an attack so I can hear my breathing -Have sour patch kids or gum w/ me at all times -Spray Pillow Mist Lavender scent on my pillow before bed -Use a slinky to help control breathing.       Hello I have anxiety because of my bf. I'm with him but it's like he does not love me.I love him none stop I feel used.I have been with him for 7 years I have never got anxiety😥 when I was younger I was insecure but now it's like a bucket of insecure and anxiety I know nothing about this please any help how to leave him without breaking my self

        @Dahlias relationships are hard..add emotional/mental health issues and it can make things harder.. First..whether you decide to stay or go..embark on your solo plan for inner serenity and joy for life..yes..people and relationships can influence these things but ultimately the responsibility is our own..talk therapy, relationship therapy with OR without him can give you some guidance maybe clarify things for how to proceed..making your mental/emotional health number one priority

      Medication definitely helped me. I had an extremely bad breakup a year ago and became bedridden because my mental health was so bad. Medication is helping me take back my life

      I've been on various medications I also micro dose cannabis in different forms for sleep..my anxiety was so bad I couldn't take a shower..terrified to answer my cellphone..vybriid and rexulti changed my life..medications not for everyone..most important thing..do not isolate...almost killed myself self medicating with alcohol..working sobriety 5 1/2 years...keep seeking support and TALK...you are only as sick as your secrets sometimes..🙏🏽👍🏾

      I notice my oils help me a lot. I feel so tense all the time like I can't relax my body hurts that's why I am trying to go for a 4 mile walk every other day
