i cant tell if i might have an anger disorder also or if it’s just related to my bpd. my anger is intense. can someone help?

    I think it may be your bpd because I get seriously angry angry sometimes. But I would look it up maybe? Just in case but it sounds like bpd I’m pretty sure I have it too

    it's probably your bpd, two of the symptoms are easily irritable and intense anger

    Uncontrollable anger and irritation are totally symptoms of BPD and can explain them. Do you experience rapid mood swings? Impulsiveness?
