Has anyone else been told that they perform simple tasks aggressively? I’ve been told that i am aggressive while doing simple tasks such as brushing my teeth, stirring something in a bowl, washing my hands, etc. and all this time i thought i was doing it normally!

      Nobody has ever told me that but I have noticed my hands or wrists hurting after doing certain things that should cause you to hurt like brushing your teeth or washing I'll turn red where I'm scrubbing too hard. But sometimes I feel like if I don't do it hard enough I'm not clean....I know that's weird
