Does anyone know any medicine, food or alternative that gives instant relief for pots. For example before or after fainting. Something that could help?

When I feel like I’m going to faint or after I faint I always take a few saltstick fast chews and it usually helps pretty quick! Especially if I drink some water with if, but sometimes that gets hard because I become very nauseous too.

^electrolyte drinks and salt and also this will sound weird but eating a really sour candy helps me when I’m feeling like I’m going to pass out !
@Lander02 Hmm that's interesting I will try it. Do you recommend anything salty?

Lastly, have you tried Corlanor and checked your home from Mold (ERMI test)
Also try taking Pepcid AC and and Claritin to help a possible/probable Mast Cell flare that may be causing the POTS
LMNT electrolytes help me a lot with an episode. I drink a good amount of it quickly, and then put my feet up against the wall and lay down.
@katehall Not heard of this brand before. I will check it out, thank you
