Complications after Lower Back Surgery

ever since I've had lower back surgery back in March of 2021, I have not been right..I now have horrible anxiety. Pain just about everywhere. heads all the time and I'm severely tired even rest. sometimes my chest and shoulder (left) will hurt and I'm convinced I'm having a heart attack and will rush to the hospital just for them to tell me, you EKG looks fine and your vitals are all normal. I will wake up feeling fine and then mid day, I get what I call episodes. I'll get very very tired. dizzy. have an off feeling like something is right. I will have to lay down because my body is suddenly totally exhausted. mind you, I had NONE of this before my minor lower back surgery. it was an in and out procedure. sure! my lower back feels 95% better but what happened to me?
