@booklover3 This is hard for me to admit because I've been keeping it a secret that I'm in credit card debt. Probably more than I'm able to pay. Since starting a new psych med a while back, I've had impulse control issues. Might need to switch to another medication if my therapist and I can't get my impulsivity under control. I also should be telling my partner and asking for help but I'm seriously ashamed of myself. I'm trying to handle it on my own.

Everything in my life right now: my parents are getting older (they're in their 60s), my grandpa isn't doing well, struggling to find a job, my health issues. I got my driver's license last year after putting it off for years, which is one thing that I no longer need to stress about.

Feeling this currently because of my brother. BPM hits at 102-124 at least two to three times daily. Plus having dissociative episodes as well. Usually would go at least a year or two without having one now in the past two months I have had 4!

Doctors when they don't seem to understand what I'm actually going through
Anyone or anything needing me right now. And feeling like I'm in an enclosed space.
New things and new places... Like 20 things needing to be done in the next however many minutes... And just in general having too many different things needing to be done, Phone calls, appointments, kid, animals, car, work, school... it never ends I never have time off there's always stuff that needs done or stuff in putting off our can't do because it's the weekend or a holiday. With that in mind weekends and holidays also are very stressful in many different ways on their own. Organization 😖😱🤯 is soo difficult for me to put away clothes or dishes. It stresses me out so bad I get a migraine just thinking about it. Oh almost forgot about my main thing. Well kinda it gives me panic attacks, or I think. Driving, especially tunnels and bridges. And I live in Pittsburgh yall 🤣

I have never had a great relationship with stress. I get insomnia at night then wait for my epileptic seizures to kick in and knock me out so I sleep, that usually happens at 4am then I wake at 12 sometimes 3pm. My body clock is totally out -.-
The mess. I live with 7 people and two dogs. I'm the only one cleaning and the only one in constant pain. I'm pretty sure they are only partially related. When I say something about it they all remind me of that one time that they did that one thing recently [3-5 years ago] which only increases the stresses. But if I don't clean they still won't clean and my anxiety, allergies and asthma can't handle that at all.

@LadyBrownharth if any of those seven people are non-dependent adults then it's entirely reasonable to place boundaries for yourself before you end up completely burnt out. Some people live apart from their loved ones because it is the only way to be able to meet their own needs. If your needs are consistently unmet, perhaps look at the possibility of other living situations and their impact on your wellbeing.
