      My seizures often mess with my mental health. There have been times where ive just cried for hours after having one. My best advice is to find someone who just wants to listen. Its hard for some people to understand the tole it takes on you mentally/ physically and it feels discouraging but sometimes you dont need understanding, just a listening ear :)
