Struggling with Adrenal Insufficiency and Hypothyroidism

Hello! I hope I'm doing this right. this is my first post with this app. I'm struggling with Adrenal Insufficiency and Hypothyroidism. it's left me battling low immunity, low energy, and poor ability to maintain my hobbies and I even had to change careers a few months ago because I couldn't do my old job duties. Changing jobs has spurred a new motivation for me to find answers. I want to feel better, or at least know why the standard replacement therapies aren't working well enough for me. I am physically exhausted by the slightest of things. As I write this, I'm feeling like I've just had the most intense whole body workout at the gym... when in reality, I helped my friend stand up a couple times after she had fallen ice skating TWO DAYS AGO, yet I'm walking around with trex arms because my muscles are so sore my arms can't even relax normally. I want answers! I want to feel better! or at least know why I can't do the things I used to do...
