my ex broke up with me about 2 weeks ago and he's already sending me pictures of all these other girls that want him that he says he's going to have sex with and said they were all 10s and I'm a 6. this made me self harm and now I think I'm developing an eating disorder. how do I like what I look like and be confident in myself so I can stop punishing myself for what he says to me?

      @pandasss if he knows where you live, blocking him would probably be bad. If you think he may genuinely hurt you for blocking him, it might be good to tell someone. Or even stay with a friend for a few days. But if you feel unsafe, don’t do it. December is so close, I know you can get through this.

      Please block him. I know it can be difficult, but if you keep in contact it’s just going to push you further down this hole. You need space to heal.

        @Slater I want to so bad but he's threatened my life multiple times and he's not scared of anything so I don't want to upset him. I'm moving states in December so I'll never have to see him again luckily but I'm scared to block him rn

          @pandasss I’m not sure if the law enforcement in your area is good, personally I’ve never seen a cop take threats seriously, but if worse comes to worst that’s always an option.
