✋Your not the only one that is over 20. I am 57 and I realized that just because someone is younger, doesn't mean they don't have something in common! Give it a chance!

I’m 35 started having anxiety and depression when I was about 13 or 14 mental illness have no age requirements😝

I'm 52 yrs. old ( will be 53 in December ) . So don't feel bad . . Mental illnesses Etc doesn't pick & choose Etc . And anyway . . A LOT of times my body ( physically and mentally ) feels like it's 100 yrs . old and on a roller coster . LoL
