I asked therapist today about if I can reach out to them if things come up in future. As I like to stick with one person. They just didn't give a proper answer and said I could easily get on with another therapist too. Now I'm not sure I want to continue this treatment process. Confused ☹

@Highlands It’s definitely reasonable to want more clarity on what he meant, so I’d follow up with him about what he meant. It’s possible that he will already have filled the spot when you leave so you might not be able to go right back. I understand not wanting to start again though. Stick with getting treatment! Even if it’s not always east all the time it is worth it.
I feel like I might be missing a few details here. Do you mean that you are finishing treatment with this therapist and want to go back if things come up again?
@Tofu14 I just wanted to be able to reach out to same therapist after this period of therapy. I'm starting emdr and finding it hard. I like to stick to same person rather than start over again. Thanks for reply
