how do you deal with chest tightness and difficulty breathing without an inhaler? my inhaler is almost ran out and I can't get a refill, not sure I'll be able to until next month. I'm trying to save it for emergencies but when you straight up can't breathe it always feels like an emergency. is there anything you guys do to help with chest tightness/painful wheezy breath?
