Does anyone else get tired more quickly as time goes on? I notice day after day I get tired and go to bed earlier and earlier. Is this part of becoming an adult, or is this an issue I should get looked at?

You could be experiencing burnout, analyze the things that are going on around you and ensure the things you’re consuming on a day to day basis aren’t affecting your mental and physical health in any sort of negative way. Is there anything that’s been bothering you lately?

It could be an array of things, from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome to Hypothyroidism. It would be a good idea to get a full blood work-up, just to see what’s going on. Also if you have had Covid recently (even as long as a year ago) it could be some type of Long Haul or even minor lung damage (not enough to be a threat, just enough to make you feel blah). Always a good idea to start with bloodwork though, and perhaps take some B-12 and D-3 to see if it helps perk you up. Hope this helps 😊

@Raven_Rose Thank you! Next time I go to my doctor, I'll definitely bring this up.

I’ve actually found myself falling asleep setting at a red light and it scares the daylight out of me when this happens and the only place I go is to doctors appointments the pharmacy or grocery store anymore I sleep when my pain level lets me
@Cronic have your BP checked. When this happened to me it was felt that my pressure was too perfect (I'm on meds for HBP) and my script was lowered. The cardiologist told me that a slightly higher BP would help me feel better - so 140/80. But this was around 15 years ago and my GP says that this is no longer recommended. Talk to your GP and/orvsee a cardiologist.
@Steph_Hehe I've been at war with my aunt for awhile, and it kind of ended 2 days ago. And I have a lot of newfound stress due to family.
@SpookyQueen Why is it that you two have been experiencing dysfunction? Try to relax for now, think what has passed cannot come back to haunt you. It’s okay to take some space away from things that harm your emotions. Know your limits. 🖤
Sounds like fatigue to me. It's generally not too serious and adding some extra b vitamins or b-complex can help. If adding the b vitamins doesn't help or you start experiencing other symptoms with it I'd then talk to your doctor about it and see what they say.
@Kai1134 Thank you so much!
