really struggling. just wish that I could end it all. my mind is stuck in a negative streak. I am feeling really weird

      Sweetness, ya gotta trudge on through. I know how difficult it can be, trust that. But the difficulties we face aren't what define us, it's when we handle such things with dignity and grace which does. Just take a step back and tweak one thing to make life a little bit better. If that doesn't work then narrow down things by tweaking something else. What do I tweak you may ask? Well if it's SOMEONE, then disconnect and regroup. Clear your mind and spirit. From there after tweaking, navigate through your world of happiness guided by yours truly... With a smile on your face.

      You are not alone. Life is already so tough and then to add chronic conditions can make it so much harder. I won't tell you everything will be ok. I can tell you that taking care of yourself makes the difference but life is hard. I stay in a dark place sometimes. I understand completely. I am proud of you for every day you fight to be here. I fight that battle along side you. You can do this. ❤️

      I struggle really hard with depression, some days are better then others. What do you do to help you through the hard days?

        @Faithe focus on the good... It's hard to do. But if you can ignore or put the negative on the back burner and focus on you and your well-being then everything else kinda just falls in place.
