@Cyprus87 I do agree with that, for the most part. Therapy can't solve everything though. I'm not trivializing therapy, I have a degree in Human Services and psychology. But it does have its limits.

I'm glad you're still here as well. One thing that helps me in situations like this is to stay out of my head. I know that's easier said than done but try your best to stay out of your head. Another thing that also helps me is if I pick up something that I like whether it be something to do or somewhere to go. Give me something to look forward to you could even say it makes you happy. Try to find two or three things that meet that criteria it will help you significantly. It worked for me

I understand why you would feel that way because I've been there. It may feel that way right now, but trust me, it will get better at some point. And when it does, you'll look back and be happy that you didn't go through with it. Your presence in this world is more cherished than you realize. I would recommend channeling any negative energy in other ways like punching a pillow, screaming it out (to yourself, not others), intense workout, or whatever helps channel your energy.

Staying around simply so others aren't sad is not a reason.

@Leviross True, but you also shouldn’t just throw caution to the wind and not get help for suicidal feelings

I’m glad you’re still here, we don’t know each other but now I, and so many other people have the possible chance to get to know you. That’s exciting! I’m serious, I am so happy that you’re here sharing what you’re feeling rather than not being here at all. It’s good.

I was thinking that way last year and I still am today, but nothing that’s happening now is good enough to end everything altogether in an instant. Sure, you won’t feel pain anymore, but you also won’t feel anything. You exist until you don’t, and people will have one less great person to meet. You posting this message out means that you still want some reason to keep going. Find that reason. Take a day or two to just sit back, relax, and look around. Go take a walk in the forest. Go to a concert. Go to the zoo, the aquarium, a pet shop, a restaurant you’ve never tried, a park to hammock. There is so much out there to see and experience, so don’t let this feeling keep you from experiencing the world that you were put on whether you like it or not.

No, just think of the loved ones that will never be the same again. We have seasons of life that will not go our way, but striving to fight will come to pass, trust me. I been in this position all my life and you will have your breakthrough, just keep pressing forward and use your support team, your Dr, therapist, friends, and family and talk it through.

      Understandable.
