Stuck in a Loop of PMDD Symptoms

@calibird I definitely feel like PMDD is supposed to be emotional hell about a week before you bleed, but I have irregular cycles so I feel like I’m either bleeding or emotionally not quite right. I think maybe people with PMDD are impacted by certain hormonal fluctuations so for some it’s just the week before the period but for others their hormone levels might be a bit out of order and that premenstrual window is just whenever hormones are at a certain level, which may or may not happen like clockwork…
