Hello LemonZest, I start crying and above all talk from the heart, While crying very sad. I have changed hospitals a few times until I found one that I did feel he wanted to help me. Once they change my psychiatrist and a social worker and he was rude one time and I quickly complained how I felt and the Dr. made a referral for another place and now I have a great therapist. And I got my old psychiatrist she knows me better because I always say the truth. I try to write all that a feel when I’m in pain and all the questions.
