I’ve watched the same “quick 3-minute video” 17 times this morning and retained exactly none of it. adhd goblin is going crazy and I don’t have meds. Anyone have any non-med focus techniques ?

      Choose something to hyper focus on for 10 to 15 minutes (SET A TIMER!) then go back and try again.

      I take a step back, breathe and focus on something else for a second or your just going to get super frustrated. Maybe focus on a quick workout or maybe watch something else. Also I use memory supplements, those work.
