I was drinking at my worst a large bottle of vodka everyday after losing my Grammy (who raised me and lived with my family until her death) in 2017 I was a complete mess and lost my job, our home and almost my marriage. I now only occasionally drink wine, and never keep alcohol in my home. Completely quitting is my goal but for now I'm doing much better, it's so hard and have so many dark, sad days. But you have to face and deal with all the feelings. Grief and so hard and no one person grieves like another. Do you have anyone close to lean on and help you grieve

I understand losing a loved one… my dad last year when I was 15 died of stage 4 colon cancer in-front of me. Things will get better friend you’ll learn to take things one step at a time and you’ll flourish. Your brother would want you to go on be happy and make him proud when he sees you again in the afterlife. Drinking only delays what you are gonna feel later in life best to deal with the heart ache now. Please take care of yourself friend you need to for him.

Get some frief counseling and kick tge alcohol out. It's making things worse and itccan kill you if it keeps going that way. Stay healthy. If you need support for it, look foran AA sponsor and find a local AA chapter. 🙏🏻
