I get combination decision paralysis and everything here looks awful and I'd rather cry than eat it any time im even a little hungry. Helps to put myself on a schedule for food and make sure I have at least something I know I'll eat.

I have a list of easy foods that almost always sound good to me so even when I think I’m not hungry, I can look at it and usually find something that I’m ok with eating. If I’m just having trouble actually making the decision, there’s an app called Tiny Decisions where you can put different options on a wheel and it will spin it and pick one for you!

I usually have ingredients for a set of safe foods consistently stocked. If I can't find anything I want to eat, I can always fall back on my safe foods.
Isn't that normal lol 🤣❤️💖😊 Hard to choose anything to eat lol
