I have been really pushing myself to do every day activities for the past month and a half. I'm on a final written warning at my job for attendance. if it were up to me, I'd lay in bed all day. I feel like Prozac isn't working for me anymore. are there any alternatives that don't require a prescription that are effective?

    I personally think that you need to see your healthcare provider and experiment with something different. Sometimes it's a mix of medicines that work for our sick brains. I switched from prozac to sertaline I think the big pharma name is Cymbalta. So far it's working for me. I encourage you to please do this if not for me... Then yourself. Also try some B3 and vitamin c on the side.
