Dealing with the aftermath of a seizure

so, I've been dx w MS since oct 2014...I've had a few seizures, both before and after dx...but about 2 weeks ago I had a pretty bad one. ..the hubs says I was seizing for about 10 mins....I came to to see every firefighter and EMS in our corner of the world in my living room....but ever since, I've been not feeling right mentally.,...I can't seem to focus, I'm easily distracted, I got lost the other day going somewhere that I've been 100 times....I guess my question would be...how long will this awful feeling last....also I've been feeling guilty for being sick since this seizure....
