I don’t know how well this works for everyone, but for me it’s striving towards my goal of a body I would feel less dysphoric in; I tend to exercise to videos meant for women, with women encouraging you and cheering you on. I find them on Youtube easily, and they’ve been a great motivator! Also, just hopping on a treadmill or something similar while watching a video or listening to music has worked for me as well. If you don’t have that, just going for a nice walk outside with some tunes is a good way to exercise as well!Hopefully that helps, but you’re free to text me if you’d like some motivation from a person or just someone to chat with!
