What medicines do most of you take for pots? I don't take anything for mine because a lot of medicines make it worse for me than better.

Propranolol

Dizziness

Fludrocortisone

Midodrine

acute lethargy

I’m on Propranolol, and personally it’s been great for me. I do still have a majority of symptoms like weakness, fatigue, and dizziness, but the medicine controls my heart rate by bringing down to a more normal level. Since being on it, I’ve noticed less chest pains because my heart isn’t working as overtime as it used to.

I’m on midodrine but have also been on fludrocortisone! Fludrocortisone worked better but made my cortisol levels dip really low so I went to midodrine, it works decently! I flare sometimes but it’s better than nothing!!
