I am a very big worrier and had I think a panic attack, I'm still calming down right now but I had a dull/pounding headache and it's likely due to lack of sleep, digital eye strain, and leaning on my side while in a bad lying position. But I've been worried about brain things and the like so I immediately thought it was something else. I just wish I could have reassurance about it all.
