Finding it super hard lately to get out of a depressive funk. I don't feel like my medication is always helping and I'm not sure what else to try.

      @4byfour I think that's a good idea to get moving. I was thinking of getting into some outdoor hiking. I love it but don't really have anyone who wants to join

      Try waking up and preparing yourself like you are to attend an event ( although you may not be leaving), get dressed and do the make up and all the preparations. If you don't have a place in mind to go make one up... i.e: go get gas, go for a cup of coffee, walk around the block, trip to the local post office and back. Sometimes for me I have to get out and breathe fresh air. It gives me a different perspective. Last but not least... I lend a listening ear to others... It helps me to realize my issues are not as severe as I thought.

      I’m right there, too. I have no idea what to do. Just know you’re not alone (we’re all together in this!) ❤️ I think my next step is to get back into exercising. Hopefully that’ll get me moving around again.

          @bammy you know what I should get into that, too. The weather recently got nice again where I live, and the trails are just starting to become green. Wanna hold each other accountable? One hike per 2 weeks?
