@abnormal that's not good if there. Are several you can choose from make a formal complaint snd request a new one life's too short to waste on inexperienced therapists with lousy bedside manners

You might need a different therapist your not permanently stuck with one ive changed therapists if thats happened more than once in a short period of time.

I would give her 1 chance and if that doesn't work then find another therapist ❤️

I say be fully open and honest. I take that as for my therapist and life in general. Holding back something only leads to regret and pain which then usually spreads to others and create more pain and vengeance

Be blunt. Just say "You really hurt my feelings when you said/did x y and z." The job of a therapist is to help you learn to manage your mental and emotional health, not just heal from the past. Strong open communication is key to that. Not only with them but in every part of life. If they can't have that conversation with you in a positive way and respect your feelings and boundaries they have no business being a therapist. 💕

@ThisUsernameIsTaken -- I'm struggling to get past the pain of it. If any other person in my life had made me feel this way, I know what is do: contact my therapist and work through it. But there is no therapist for when your therapist makes you feel the way I feel.
