I am dealing with my PCOS without medication as every medication I've ever been put on is very harmful to me and makes me very ill. with that being said, I was not pre-diabetic when I last had labs done, but I have recently been struggling with intense thirst and some numbness in my extremities that make me think I might have developed diabetes, should I get tested or is my thirst not a concern?
I would start taking an inositol supplement and working on balancing your blood sugar through diet. You can totally do it without meds but it takes work!
