My depression reached a new low this week and my thoughts have been awful (I am safe and have been in contact with my therapist and primary doctor, we are coming up with a new plan) I also get very frequent canker sores that show up in absurd numbers (last time it was 27!) I'm starting to wonder if the two could be connected to some sort of hormone deficiency or overabundance. Anyone have something similar and gone through with hormone testing?
