does anyone else just get random. thoughts their gonna die? I have those thoughts when my anxiety is high it makes me then panic.i feel like I'm so weird and nobody else in my family suffer from mental illness so I feel like I'm weird or crazy

      I get this quite often. When i get stressed is mostly when I have those thoughts

      Yep, I get that pretty often. Youā€™re definitely not weird or crazy. Iā€™ve heard a lot of people with anxiety say that they get those thoughts either triggered by something or completely at random. Itā€™s not super uncommon as far as I can tell. You definitely arenā€™t alone in that

        @rj.crow thank you I hate other people feel this but I'm glad I'm not alone..I know my anxiety and racing thoughts trigger it but it still scares me..I'm sorry you deal with this to.ā¤ļø

          @hollis Iā€™ve been in therapy a long time and I can cope with it pretty well at this point, but it was terrifying when it first started. Hope you can learn some good coping mechanisms for it šŸ’•
