I will be 45 in less than 2 weeks. If your older like me at what age did you give up having a baby? For me, after 9 miscarriages in 20 yrs, it was the year i turned 40. I stopped taking my Metformin. Went from ALMOST monthly periods to maybe 3 a year. Then last year my period stopped completely... But there is still a part of me that wants to end up like the women on the tv show I didnt know i was pregnant. š But i know it just wasnt ment to be.

I am 21 and I have already given up failed treatments I haven't even ovulated like I just don't understand why we all struggle so hard and we are the ones who have the infertility when there are women who don't deserve what they have they're not grateful

Hello ladies. I take supplements. It's a pain but we can all get through this. I take teas and still research almost everyday
40 was my cutoff, since the chance of complications increases exponentially at that point. But I also have a lot of other health issues. If I didn't have the other issues, I think I'd still be trying (I'm almost 47). I also have that almost-wish š„
@Beithne i have ALOT of medical problems myself so im kind of grateful i havent had 1.
Not as old as you but will be 32 and have yet to have any kids. Been ttc for 10yrs and honestly to the point of giving up hope because I have not once even been pregnant so feel like I just keep wasting my time & money into trying so hard.

@Candyd7 Hugs!! I know its hard. Are you on Metformin or any fertility meds?
@Tattie6377 I am not on Metformin anymore. I stopped taking it because no matter what it messed with my IBD. And not on any fertility meds as my insurance won't cover anything. I actually eliminated all caffienated drinks from my diet, no more sweets, chocolates or excessive sugars, no alcohol or smoking. It's been over a year of eliminating those things out of my diet so my insulin levels are actually good right now and my periods have been pretty regular. Actually just went to my obgyn last month and had my cd22 progesterone checked and I am finally ovulating so I'm just getting into the whole tracking my bbt & using LH strips.
