Hi, it could be that if in yoga you did all kinds of handstands and changed the direction of flow a little from bottom to top then there was a little accumulation of fluid that caused pain in the shunt area. Maybe try a sport where you are less likely to turn upside down.
@Niktheking no, I was just doing a pose where I needed to lay down, 2-1 graders wouldn't do anything that crazy in yoga.
