does any one live in the UK? how do you deal with your diagnosis? I'm hating having a label šŸ·

      I don't like diagnosis driven care, much prefer symptom centred and person centred care, I think working on trauma has been good for me. I've just moved areas so still sussing out the services here and there have been huge teething issues. I think focusing on where you're at, what your struggling with, what your needs are are more important but that's just my personal opinion.

      I'm in the UK. I initially (and still do to some extent) found having a label helpful, to help explain stuff from my past and my behaviour. However, I feel people don't seem to be very aware of the condition. Or they have preconceived ideas about it judged on something they heard/watched.
