Seeking Advice for Bipolar Type II Treatment

Currently on 100mg of lamictal daily, 80mg of prozac daily too. I’m about 95-100 pounds. My environment is less than ideal, but the medication helped way more than multiple years of therapy. Quarantine fucked me up though, but I know the meds are keeping me from what worse I could be

I take Lamictal too, what do you take Gabapentin for if you don't mind me asking? I know it's used for nerve pain. I take Seroquel and Prozac too.

I have type 2 as well. I’ve tried weekly therapy. Monthly psychiatric appointments. I take Lamictal buspar and gabapentin

I have BP1 I take, Propranolol,tegretol, vistareal, and Cymbalta.

I take Pristiq, Busipirone, and Ziprasidone and go to talk therapy once a month
