Natural remedies for Lichen Planus breakouts?

I'm finally off Prednisone, and taking Purslane daily, but I still have horrific Lichen Planus breakouts sometimes and frequent itchy hands and/or feet. Has anyone found any natural remedies other than Purslane and ice packs?

I don’t know how to answer your question - but about the itchy hands and feet… I’ve had lichen planus for years and only since 2020 has my hands and feet started itching. My feet were presenting like athletes feet- which I knew it wasn’t because there were no other symptoms. My hands only itch with no rash. I thought using so much hand sanitizer might be the culprit. I never thought about it being connected to LP. 🤦🏽‍♀️
