How to Overcome Depression: Tips and Advice

Well I can tell you what I'm doing to combat my depression right now, it may not work for everyone else but I'm listening to music, dancing in the kitchen while I make supper, I'm singing/screaming lyrics, I'm also writing a book and using it as my outlet. Cause I've hit rock bottom and I want out of it, so i plan to climb my self out.
