Has anyone had it where when you are just laying down to go to sleep, and you start to get a headache? This has been happening more frequently lately. Just curious if I am alone in this and what I can possibly do about it. They thankfully don't turn into migraines, but it is annoying.

I’m not sure. Typically when you lay down your blood pressure raises a bit. Maybe you are somehow really sensitive to the fluctuation? I’d mention it to primary doc and see what they say?

I do have low blood pressure. Can that cause it?

Hm, maybe your pillow? Like if your neck is kinking a muscle and it’s a tension headache. Or blood pressure maybe? Best of luck!
