Sometimes I will be just fine, then other times my PTSD goes off like a trigger. Hope you all have many blessings.

Overcomer is right! You are not alone! You may want to try writing in a journal. Write down anything that triggers you. When, where, what? Then when you are up to it, investigate that trigger. Is it something that has always bothered you? A new trigger? Praying you find peace!

Completely relate. It's hardest when it's in a random dream that knocks ya on edge for days

The unpredictability of it can be frightening. Especially if you aren’t sure of your triggers. Take care

I can relate to this. And I am sending big hugs for those days.

Sorry to hear that you get triggered without knowing why. It's a hard road to find the triggers, but well worth it. I wish you the best. Take care of yourself. 🤗
