I too had covid and was diagnosed with long haul covid my cardiac enzyme CPK was 276 2 months post covid with periods of chest pain shortness of breath and exercise resistance with muscle deterioration. They don’t know a lot about it. Symptoms vary. I was told 6mo to a year before I could “push” like myself again. It is something I found you can’t force your way back from.
