    My therapist said they make a blue light or something to help with it, you just sit near it when you think the depression will hit, and it'll lessen the depression, not really get rid of it.

    I drink Emergen-C Plus defense every morning. That one has a bunch of magnesium, b vitamins, and vitamin D which help with my mood problems frim lack of light. It takes the edge off
