Hello! I have quiet bpd and adhd, how did you tell the difference between your other disorders and autism? Sometimes I find myself relating to symptoms but I convince myself it’s just my bpd/adhd
honesty it's quite confusing and overwhelming sometimes but I usually look at why I'm experiencing the symptom and just take a step back from whatever situation im in. all of them are quite similar disorders especially bpd/autism, but it gets easier to differentiate how/what your feeling
