Recurring Medical Condition: Seeking Advice

My tremor got significantly worse after being assaulted. It’s worse with stress, dehydration, and fatigue! alcohol helped my grandpa with his essential tremor

My tremor comes and goes. I can tell that it correlates with my anxiety, so when my anxiety is back so is my tremor.

Let me explain, before I started to receive neurological treatment. I would have (what I've always considered) twitches where certain parts of my body would like just shake real quick then it was over. Well, as of recently theses seem to have started to return even though I'm taking meds as prescribed to me.
