Alpha Gal Allergy - Need Advice

I'm sorry to hear that. I ended up negative for alpha gal, I just acquired a random beef AND pork allergy when I turned 30 and developed fibromyalgia. I have to avoid gel, gelatin, and some forms of sugar thats bleached white with cow bones. I can't smell cooking beef or pork, including pepperoni, bacon, burgers, etc. My neck swells and it feels like I've been donkey kicked in the chest. I do not have alpha gal but I feel ya all the same, my friend.
